Outstanding property service is driven by outstanding people.

We understand that no matter how much technology advances in this industry (and we have advanced rapidly with it), people with great skills and a strong attitude of care will be needed to provide the service. We adopt a strategic recruitment process to hire qualified and experienced staff and engage suitable and screened sub-contractors. This combination enable us to scale our workforce according to demand which currently carries out over 8000 jobs per year. This focus on the quality and development of mutually beneficial relationships is one of the leading drivers to our success.

Keeping these relationships strong means keeping people safe. All our staff undertake a detailed safety induction course including First Aid level 2, and have access to tablet technology in every service vehicle with up-to-date safety documentation managed by our cloud based systems. Our advanced operating system also possesses the following unique advantages.

Job safety analysis for every job.

A technician cannot proceed with a daily task until a job safety analysis has been completed.  The system will remain locked until the assessment is carried out which is an excellent safety control measure to ensure staff and public safety.

Closer administration and field connection.

Our technology enables a staff member to video call the appropriate manager in the office to ‘walk through’ any unforeseen issues requiring direction onsite. This has been an excellent advancement of ours to lower unnecessary site visits for minor issues.

Fast and easy information transfer.

Strong communication systems are vital when delivering services to multiple sites.  Our system enables clients to send photos, videos or text and have it in the hands of the appropriate technician within minutes.  This approach ensure the right person is sent the first time.

Online reporting

Reporting.

Most of our clients require more than a simple invoice after the works have been completed.  There is often onsite documents or photos of completed works required when submitting the invoice.  This can be an administration nightmare for some but with Broad Services cloud based system, it is a simple process.
